a delightfully located spacious property with stunning views of Morfa Head and Newport bay. We loved being able to have our on the picnic table overlooking the superb sea views and we were lucky to have sunny weather most of the week,We made many visits to other areas, Strumble Head wher we saw seals, we walked the Coastal Path around Dinas Island, Newport sands are a pleasure, the Parrog is also attractive as our the golden sands at Poppit. The wifi was an un expected bonus

Thanks very much-a great week-the views are outstanding. We recommend the Castle in the main street for dinner, the mussel and whitebait starters and the duck main course are our favourites. This was a first experience using coastal cottages we will be back again next year.

" The 3 R'S"

We have enjoyed a wonderful week living in this delightful bungalow and blessed with 5 days of perfect weather-one days rain.Taking flask and sandwiches we have been on long walks every day. 4 days on the coastal path from Poppit sands to Fishguard, one day up to Carningli and across the ridge to Bedd Morris, Mynydd Felyn, mynydd Dinas and down to Dinas Cross. One day "birding"and playing with Rocket the dog in the sea.I forgot my bird and flower books but saw many less common birds, red shanks, oystercatchers, egnet, heron, curlew, cormorant, also our first swallow.Flowers-a profusion of bluebells, stitchwort, sea campion, wild garlic, wild anemone. We thank you for enabling us to have such a very memorable active and happy holiday

Bevan Family

A lovely stay in a beautiful "home from home" accommodation. We all thought your bungalow was wonderful, gorgeous views, comfortable living space and bedrooms.Your delightful garden was well used during our four day break. We benefited from warm sunny days to enjoy some walks around the bay and a chance to chill out and relax! Thank you we would love to come again!

Forysth Family

Well we made it back and we are so glad we did.The barometer was set on "fair" and we would have been glad of one sunny warm day but they were all like that and it has been simply beautiful,You can walk to the coastal path from the house-you dont have to walk far the lovely part is the start has lots of benches to sit on and enjoy the view.We would also recommend the coastal path starting at the car park near the golf course. We walked to the headland you can see from the window-it didnt take long as was well worth the effort.Douglas would recommend the golf course, though playing the links course was a challenge. It has been a truly blessed time and it is with reluctance we go home. The decor may be a bit tired in places but the view and the comfort of the house make up for this. Thank you

Evans Family

Thank you for a very pleasant New Year in your very comfortbale bungalow.Wonderful views, an abundance of everything that is necessary and many extras to make a winter holiday warm.Enjoyed the gas fire to boost the heat occasionally in these low temperatures and enjoyed watching both robin and thrush bathe in the "pool" outside.Cleaned throughly and with warm attractive bedding. You have though of everything! Happy New Year to you in 2008

Davies family

We were gobsmacked on arrival! The space, the view, the homely feel of the bungalow. It has been a variable week weather wise but that has not marred our pleasure at all. This bungalow has ample room and light for us to feel good about staying in.The kids (7 and 3 yrs) have loved the huge living room and they have slept until after 8am every morning-bliss! We really really hope we can stay again. From Jac aged 7-Thank you the bungalow is great and sister calls it a jungalow.

Susan & Beryl

We have really enjoyed our 2 weeks in this spacious bungalow. There is so much to do in the area that we have decided we must come again. The walk along the coastal path into Newport is most enjoyable and we have spent several days walking it and staying in this locality.Further afield we have visited craft galleries, beautiful spots on the coast, St Davids and Fishguard but we still have a long list of things to do next year. Thanks

Forsyth family

Ir is 20yrs since we first visited Newport and it is lovely to return with our children.Despite some heavy rain we had a good holiday thank to the comfort of the cottage and the great view-even in the downpour!.We enjoyed some lovely walks from the cottage down to the coastal path.We were rewarded by sights of various waders, a little egret (rare in these parts) and tufted ducks to name a few.We hope to return not just to Newport but to this cottage, we camnt say anymore than that! Thank you

Susan, Rachel and Heather

What a lovely long weekend we had here! The nights have been stormy, the days of long walks exploring with our dog, fun even in the pouring rain! The bungalow itself didnt feel rented it felt like home. Thanks

A lovely comfortable house - the views are the best I think we've seen in any of the holiday homes in which we have stayed in Pembrokeshire. Perfect position for town, the Parrog and cliffs. A "great escape".

Wallace Smith & family

Thank you for our stay. The house is lovely - outstanding views and attractive, comfortable decor. You have worked hard to make it a home from home! We are originally from the area - I advise visitors to make the most of Newport Sands, a hard beach to better if you hae children. Visit Pwll Deri if you can - on the coast near St. Nicholas. It is one of the most beautiful places imaginable. The Gwaun has tranquil, wooded walks. A drive up above Dinas Head to mountains for great walks and wonderful views. Everywhere in Pembs is lovely! Thank you.

The Conway Family

We had a lovely time at Penmor! There is something hypnotic and satisfying about watching the tide go in and out on Newport Sands. We enjoyed the local sights, including Pentre Ifan. In Cwm Gwaun there is a charming farm/garden open for viewing with morning coffee/afternoon teas. Overall, very glad to be away from the caravan parks and hope to revisit Newport sometime again! Many thanks.
